The facts here are backed up with documents everything else is my personal opinion and view of events. That's what this site is about. That includes the comments on the legal documents.

I have been in a multi year court fight to settle my father's estate fairly but that didn't happen and it has permanently split the family I grew up with. They were my sisters, people I trusted, but they did everything in their power to steel my fathers money.
1/4 of what my father left behind was to be passed to my children on my death. This was a theft from them by people they were taught to trust and respect.
I am tired of no one really understanding what was going on and just getting lies. I decided to try and lay out everything on this site(hopefully in a clear manor)so that everyone could see the truth. I am backing up the details with the actual documents. I will try to keep the details as short and clear as possible but I worn you the court and supporting documents are rather long and boring. If you click on the links, the supporting documentation will come up. I have also highlighted and provided information on the court documents on the next page.
My father was not rich at all but they were so reckless that at one point they ran up more than $17,000.00 in legal bills when there should have been next to none. The court later forced the bills to be capped at $12,000.00. I had to go the court to get the excessive bills curtailed! Marjorie took his checking accounts, and investments and demanded $4600.00 additional for herself. The court ended up capping that at $4000.00. Marjorie why didn't you have the guts to demand payment from Bob and Donna when they were alive?
His will listed all 4 of his children, me and my sisters:
